How long on average does it take for you to rent a property in a D class area?

How often do you show the property?

Do you do open houses or personal showings?

How many people dont fill out applications in full?

How do you advertise your property in a D class area?

Facebook . I can have somebody in there 3 -4 days after the other tenants move out . Aggressive online advertising . Nobody does credit checks in the ghetto i don’t even do applications . I check stuff out in other ways including the state dockets for criminal history . I personally don’t do open house showings on these . I generally know who is going to want it and get them on a lease when they tour the property . The standards are very low here ,so there’s not a lot of debate  or decision time if they like the price and need a place to stay .Based on your questioning I can’t help but think you don’t invest in d class assets .in 3 days time I’ll get around 80 responses by means of a direct message ,of those 75 will be certified pieces of crap ! ..Then i can narrow it down to a few  . I have a whole unique way I do it
