@Casey RomanI have been thinking of being a lender to sellers that need to do upgrades to their homes to sell. I have not done but if anyone else has done chime in. Short term loan higher interest rate. I'm sure always a risk if sellers decided not to sell but I think possible with good contract..

@Erin Dorsey Robinson I know someone who learned the diamond business. They get from where ever and bring back selling to a diamond guy in NYC . Makes 40 to 60 K a rock. Sorry can't yell u more I dont know.

@Russell Brazil I'm pretty lazy but somehow got myself 5k month passive income with 10 properties most paid off. Still will buy more but dont go looking just come across. No personal debt. 58 years old stop working for someone at 48..lifes good I do what I want most days.. networth I dont know need figure it out. Like I stated I'm lazy..

@Jay Hinrichs I have 5 vacant. 1 house fire, 1 tenants moved away, bought a new duplex and small apt empty. Not virus related. Hut I'm going 100% section 8 see what happens from there..but all my others are paid up..

@Travis Richardson I'm going to do it . Buying a 4 plex in Tampa area I live in Arizona at the moment.. I'm going to be flying back and forth from my new residence in Tampa to my work place in Arizona as needed using either my VA loan or FHA rehab if needed. After a year going to refi and do again. Good luck.
