@Jared Wild refinancing all my sfr I have at moment buying 2 to 4 plex properties.. buy not selling anything..

@Greg M. Never heard of indecent exposure inside a house unless under age kids were involved. Each state must have a different law regarding being naked in your own home you pay rent at. If anyone would be in violation of would be the outsider bringing people inside knowing a naked person was there. If I had 4 renters in a house it would 4 month to month renters.

@Jack B. Just get a 5 to 10 million personal liability insurance and stab him in the *** cheek ..ooohhh how the 70s and 80s were a good time to be a landlord. Joking of course. Use a Ice pick.. But really. I wish I had a good solution I just handle things as needed at the moment. Good luck..

@Tracie Janoska dont get emotional it's a tax deduction. I have section 8 and they are better than self paying tenants I have had. You will never know until it happens. Call their last landlord.

@Jason Ridout image is for sales people. I was in sales long time ago got tired of working. Now I own income properties and make 5 digits with no personal debt. . I drive a 2001 4x4. I wear tshirts and shorts only..after awhile people take u serious when you buy and own properties. Contractors invite me out for lunches and beers. All you need to do is be for real in what ever you do..keep buying!!

@Scott V. Hood for you. Ask yourself that same question when u turn 55. I retired at 48 with real estate. No one cares what you drive . You make a good income but how long do you want to be in a job?

@Huso Akaratovic the most important thing I have heard here is your reputation. Hope you made a good profit and good time to use as a tax deduction..

@William Tong all paid off or low leveraged rentals with mix of HUD housing.
