How are you planning to finance? Are you accepting investor?

I took the plunge and never looked back. Not too say that you should do the same thing, but it depends on your goals. I wanted to build my portfolio with real estate. Buy something with value add needed to offset the tax hit if that worries you.

What bank are you using that will do HELOC on investment property? I have been searching for one myself.
