Unfortunately, we do not have anything like that setup.  That is great idea to have a Facebook or Youtube live stream of the event for those that can't make it.

 That is exactly my experience.  My net worth quadripled using real estate when I cashed out my 401k.  I never looked back.

Check with your local REIA. There maybe another investor there that can help you out. Perhaps you can give up some equity and JV with someone instead of losing the whole thing.
