Tomorrow, I'm starting the process of contacting motivated sellers. For I'm entering in the wholesaling career. I just want to gain any advice from experience wholesalers. I'm starting in the Atlanta and metro areas. Any good real estate attorneys or title companies I should work with? I'm just looking for any advice.
