You could also move into the new lake home and STR the condo downtown. So many options.

If I can accomadate I will.  Other than that the answer is I will let you know when your unit becomes available before check-in time.

Our speaker will be Patrick Shea, the managing partner at Periscope Properties, LLC. Patrick will be discussing this strategy and his experiences with short term rentals. If you ever had any questions or concerns about short term rentals, this would be a good meeting to attend.

Its Tax Season again. For me its time to see how well or how bad I did handling my books and keeping Uncle Sam out of my pockets. Its also time to start planning for next year taxes and see what you could have done better next time.

The next meeting for Gwinnett Subgroup will be held at the 45 South Cafe in Norcross. We will have an investor friendly CPA and fellow investor,Bill Hampton, CPA to come and speak at the next meeting. So gather your shoebox full of receipts and bring any questions or issues you may have. Especially since tax laws have changed with this new administration.
