At the next meeting we will be discussing the strategy of adding short term rentals or Airbnb to the mix in your real estate portfolio. Investing in Airbnb rentals is a great way for investors to expand their businesses and increase their profit opportunities.
Our speaker will be Patrick Shea, the managing partner at Periscope Properties, LLC. Patrick will be discussing this strategy and his experiences with short term rentals.
