I ask this because if I have a Hard Money Loan and I wanted to refinance can I do that without having to provide income verification? Credit score is awesome just wondering if that is something that's common?

If it sounds too good  to be true....Than it is. Last I checked bigger pockets has a page with recommended lenders no?

I was curious if someone with great credit could apply for a mortgage and use the rental income from the property as income?

I love the part where the agent says "We both sit down and agree on a price" lol. I mean if a seller had a similar approach with a regular joe schmoe realtor the house would sell anyways, its the fact that people think their houses cost more than it does that makes it sit on the MLS for centuries

The MLS is a reflection of how all the other sources are in regards to deals in 2016 which is not really anything. Even REO's now are asking market value which was unheard of a few years ago.

I was wondering if any of the agent members on here ever been part of this company. I have looked into applying with them but apparently its invite only. And it does not really say how you get invited.

I understand what your needs are! I know that a deal is what you are hunting for. Low ball offers are part of the strategy. Thats not the norm with a broker like that. I would change brokerages if you're having that problem.

This is America your responsible even when its not your fault! But I would definitely make sure it was actually your tree that did it because if you go ahead and pay it, dont want any new copy-cats
