Select a title company of your choosing and the funds are distributed by them. You wouldn't hand him 15k!!!!

If your a fan of the theme, " better late than never" than renew, but otherwise I wouldnt legal notices cost money its not worth the headache

Why take a semester off, take 1-2 classes and still get yourself out the hole!

From my experience these even the so called deals that are out there have a little issue attached to them that does not show on the comps that are being sold like " liens and fees from a city."

I wouldn't file bankruptcy over no 20k, I was thinking you were going to say like 60-70k. hell a new car is 30k and down right now. Pay those bills and don't screw yourself for the next 10 years. One thing to keep in mind its not just your credit screwed, jobs look at your credit report to now.
