I've been a member here for about 3 years but have been basically mia for the past 2 years. I'm a licensed Loan Officer (not soliciting) so I took the last 2 years to build my experience and bank account. My dream of investing is still alive and I'm back on here to learn from the community and contribute as much as possible. I understand the mortgage lending process however, my challenges are on locating properties. I'm interested in flips at this time Glad to be back Love!

Hey I've had success on FB with affiliate marketing. Are you running CPM or CPC? It sounds like CPM. One thing about FB is you have to Test Test Test!! Rather its a few different ads or the same ad with different demos and criteria. I believe FB's ad placement is based on your CTR and if you start the campaign with a low CTR than it probably won't go up by much because FB will waste your impressions on people who have already seen your ad multiple ads.

I'm currently building my site and I plan on using Facebook a lot
