Facebook Ad Click Thru Rate

For the last three weeks I have been running a Facebook ad campaign to generate buyer/seller leads. Out of just a little over 500 site visits, I have gotten 4 seller leads and 1 buyer lead. 400 visits were to my seller website and 100 were to my buyer website .... so, I'm getting a 1% conversion rate. I know 2% is considered good for direct mail and other advertising media. I just wanted to get some feedback from others on what kind of conversion rates they are seeing on their sites. I know the thing I need to do to improve buyer and seller sign ups is to improve the ad copy and try to better motivate people to list their property for sale or add themselves to my buyer list. I also feel like doing an ad campaign on FB involves initially getting a lot of looky-lou's who are visiting just out of curiosity and once the novelty of your ads wears off, there will be fewer site visits generated by the campaign but with better conversion.
