Welcome Rob,

Be sure to check out Boston home center. It is a first time homebuying program in which helps you fund for downpayment and/or closing cost. It does have income requirements so be sure to check that out. I will be closing next week on a 3 family in the dorchester area and they've help fund for that. Just a way to house hack with low money down.
