@Egan Lohman We used to use Listsource, however since we are mailing a lot more now, we had to find something that could get us unlimited leads monthly and we decided to go for Rebogateway. Is not as user friendly, but if you master it it will be your best ally.

@Mark Chapman I am not doing any virtual wholesaling yet, we work directly with our acquisitions team in the different markets, full time staff. I haven't cracked the code on that Virtual wholesaling either.

Talk to a CPA that specializes on real estate and understands wholesaling.

Do your first deal under your name and make some money, then use some of the profits to establish your business. For the most part LLC's and business bank accounts are just an expense that you may not need for a while. Get going, take action, get some deals under your belt and then open your business. If you don't like this business at least you did not have to spend thousands of dollars in lawyers and accountants, quickbooks at the beginning should be sufficient. Invest in Marketing, and let the deals flow!!!!!!

Lots of events here in Houston, all of the ones mentioned In the thread are good, Noble Mortgage and Capital Concepts also have a few get togethers in the area, I am starting to think that Houston is the city with more real estate investors in North America.

Run as far as you can, there are plenty of other lenders that will be willing to fund a deal. Those are not lenders, those are sharks.
