Hello, Although I do not disagree that you should get a good job, I disagree with the person above me telling you to hold off on real estate. I am 20 years old, disabled, own one rental property and I am working on acquiring my next. If you want it bad enough then you will find a way to make it happen!

Hello, Yes! I highly recommend them to everyone that is starting to build credit. Some of them, such as Discover, offer rewards. Some of them have an annual fee and some do not. If you are trying to build credit you should keep your card at under 30%, 10% is optimal. You should pay off the entire balance every month so that you do not pay interest. I currently have the Citi Secured as you can set up automatic payments for your entire balance. The only one I've had problems with is Open Sky. They didn't report to one of the three bureaus and I randomly had charges of $0.50-1 from them. Capital One and Citi are my favorites.

Hello, If this is generally a good tenant, I would first have a talk with them and explain the responsibility they have when bringing others onto the property. However, if they continue or if you feel that they are putting the safety of your other tenets in jeopardy, including yourself, I would ask them to leave.
