alternative financing first flip

im looking to buy my first flip and though i have the experince to do the work and the  cash to put into it. my sticking point is that i have worked the past several years self employd and tradational bank loans seem not to be an option. i am also moving and and will be buying out of the town i am curently living in. Im interested in alternative financing ideas so i can pull the trigger when i see something i like.
