Hi BiggerPockets. My name is Mike Vanover from Louisville Ky. I work for UPS and plan on retiring in 2 or 3 years. I started an LLC with my 27 year old son and my goals are to supplement my pension with passive income through rental income. We are in the middle of our first deal. I'm looking forward to learning systems to make this venture work.
