Kristal, welcome to BP! You will learn a lot here. I travel around and have lived in many areas. Just recently moved from San Diego area last year so I know it well. Nice area. Geat weather! Might I make a few suggestions? Go back and listen to as many podcasts as you can about the topics you mentioned. Great way to get started. Then you can write down your specific goals and fine tune them and read up on specifics. I would also suggest if your going to flip homes to begin in one given area first so you can know and learn a market first before starting another area. It will prevent costly mistakes as you get started. Once you get your feet under you more, expand to other areas if you so choose. That is the great thing about real estate is that you can go almost anywhere but as your learning, I'd stay closer to where you are. You also might hook up with a mentor and join your local REI group or groups. Good luck with your goals! Post your progress and ask lots of questions!

Welcome to you both!  @Luisito Espanola is right.  Meetup.com is a great resource.  I am fairly new to the LV area over the past few months and am quickly meeting people through these groups.  I can recommend Phillip Dwyer's group in Henderson.  We just met this week and it was very informative.  People are wonderful at helping each other out.  Also I became aware of another group called the Outback which is tonight.  It is also on Meetup.com.  So you can check that one out as well.  There are some other ones in greater Las Vegas.  I have joined a couple but they seem to only meetup on the internet.  It is just a matter of talking with people like you are doing now.  Eventually you will find them!  Great to meet you both.  Good luck with your goals and maybe we will meet at a group!  BP has a ton of great resources for you but always feel free to ask questions as they come up.  People are wonderful at helping you out.

Welcome to many new postings!  I, too, was a BP stalker for year before my coming out, hahaha! You just never stop learning off this site!  There are a lot of wonderful people here.  Let me know if I can ever do anything for you as a wholesaler.  I've met many great financial people on here so you will have no problems with reaching out to them.  Good luck with your goals!

Welcome @Kuan Yuan.  I've lived on three Hawiian islands.  Beautiful.  Would love to retire there.  We have some great friends on the Big Island.  Things definately go at a different pace there than the mainland, no?!!!!  But, family keeps me here for now.  I am in Las Vegas  if you need anything in this area. Ken, I am a new wholesaler to LV. Thanks for the reach out. I'm building up my network of buyers as I'm getting used to the area. A quick note about me, I won't offer anyone a property unless it is a win, win for all involved. I'm not greedy. My income is not dependent on this but I do have goals so I am motivated. I just assume you won't want MLS deals unless you specify (unless its a deal you can't refuse that I already have under contract to assign!). Integrity is key for me. My reputation is everything. If this sounds like something your after and you prefer less offers but more quality rather than a bunch of offers thrown at you with less quality, then pm me what you look for in a property, amount of repairs you limit yourself to, price range, etc and I will add you to my network. Would love to work with you.
