Thank you Charlie.  When you say Real Estate the past 22 years do you mean on the lending side or investing as well?  Both are very necessary but I'd like to keep your contact info correct so I know when to reach you.  I will write down your info and watch for your posts and keep in touch.  

I have listened to many podcasts even attended a couple webinars when I can.  I'm just coming out of closet, hahaha!  I'd love to hear how you all took your first steps from getting your business setup, researching to actually doing your first deal.  That is where I am just about at in the next month or so if I'm blessed to find the right properties.  How did you know you were ready to take that step? Are you ever truly ready?

A big hello to everyone.  I've been a silent viewer for a few months now while I learn and get ready.  I'm focused and ready for some deeper learning and to get my feet wet soon as a wholesaler.  Currently looking for relationships with investors who might want to do business with me in the Las Vegas area.  I know my profile says Texas but that is my domicile.  I travel full time and currently am in Las Vegas for the year.  I will diversify as time goes on but for now that will be my focus.  I'm humble and always willing to learn more but that first step has to start somewhere so I'm diving in.  Loving Bigger Pockets and all it has to offer.  Looking forward to meeting some of you!
