Ken, I am a new wholesaler to LV. Thanks for the reach out. I'm building up my network of buyers as I'm getting used to the area. A quick note about me, I won't offer anyone a property unless it is a win, win for all involved. I'm not greedy. My income is not dependent on this but I do have goals so I am motivated. I just assume you won't want MLS deals unless you specify (unless its a deal you can't refuse that I already have under contract to assign!). Integrity is key for me. My reputation is everything. If this sounds like something your after and you prefer less offers but more quality rather than a bunch of offers thrown at you with less quality, then pm me what you look for in a property, amount of repairs you limit yourself to, price range, etc and I will add you to my network.
