I am a new member from Oahu, Hawaii. I stumbled upon this site recently and was amazed by the wealth of member generated information. Thumbs up to the creator of this site and all the wonderful members! A little about myself, my background is in investment analysis. I started investing in real estate locally in 2012 and recently made my first out of state investment. I look forward to growing my real estate knowledge and portfolio. So thanks in advance for all the new wisdom I will be learning from you all!
