It is not easy to do, but you should not be emotionally attached to an investment property.

My real estate agent, writes up as many offers as I want to submit. He knows that this is just a "numbers game" and sooner or later, my offer will be accepted.

Hi Rich,
Many years ago, I drove from Ct., to California and never ate in a fast food restaurant, or any Hotel Restaurants.
At that time I purchased a book called: Road Food, Good Food. Authors are Michael and Jane Stern, they live in Ct.

The current book is: Roadfood: The Coast-to-Coast Guide to 700 of the Best Barbecue Joints, Lobster Shacks, Ice Cream Parlors, Highway Diners, and Much, Much More. No advertisements, or sponsors in this book.

The authors have a site: Roadfood.com

If you purchase this guide, make sure that you call the Restaurant to see if they are open.

If you plan on driving to Connecticut, I can recommend various sites in this state.

I enjoyed having lunch with you in Florida.

Through the years, I've had dental work done at the Dental School at the University of Connecticut.

Another note:
For years I've had my car repaired at the local Technical School. They charge a labor rate of $15 per hour, and you get the parts at the same price that they pay.

second house has an efficient oil burner - owner has been paying heat.

I will not purchase a property, when I have to pay for the heat and or utilities.
The tenants can and will abuse you.

I go to a monthly real estate meeting.
Most of the "wannabe" landlords, don't know about the 50% rule.
Mortgage is $400 each month, I'm collecting $500 rent each month, I'm making money!!!
You don't know how many times I've heard this.

I live in Ct.
I walk almost 3 miles, every day, in the Mall, in Meriden, Ct .
4 stores closed this week.
One was Zales, the Jewely store.
The others were locally owned.
