Hello Claudio,

I'm not an economist, but I would NOT make any investment(s) in RE in the State of Ct.

More people are moving OUT then moving in to the State of Ct., for at least the last 15+ years.

Do you know of any Industries, Tech or Health Corps. moving in or expanding the in the State of Ct.?

Be careful in Florida.

Each Condo Association has different rules, concerning rentals.

Some you can't rent at all, others for only 3 months or 1 year, others 6 months, some after owning 1 or 2 years, etc.
