I've changed the spending/saving habits of people, by doing the same thing.

Some people don't realize how much they spend, and it is on things, that they could do without.

A friend in my previous work place, use to purchase his lunch every day, and he was always complaining about being broke.

I told him to keep track of a weeks worth of lunch expenses, and it was over $30., for the week.

He started bringing lunch from home.

Changed his life a little.

Would you purchase a 2 year old SF home, in a neighborhood, where most of the SF homes, are 40+ years old?

In Ct., Bradley Field, also knows at the Hartford-Springfield Airport is in Windsor Locks, Ct.
Windsor Locks is about 15 minutes away from Hartford or Springfield.

I went to an REIA meeting, last night.
I was listing to a small group of members, and they were talking about a lady who owns 397 SF Homes.
She started at the age of 19.
She is now 61.

The knowledge on this site, is extremely helpful.
The "rules" that you use, to buy and rent, using the 50% rule, has made a huge difference in my life.
It has saved me a lot of problems, in the future.
