I've gone to the local REIA meeting for one year.
Every meeting, at least one wholesaler takes my name, email, etc.
I have one wholesaler sending me an email.

What happened to the rest of them?

Another forum that I did a lot of buying and selling/trading, reveals the scammers names, and what they did.
They post the real names.

If anyone wants to see how another forum handles the "scammers" pm me, or send me an email.

I posted the info once already, but it was deleted.

Hi Rich,
All is well, I'm involved in a rehab as an investor.
Concerning selling, buying and trading PC parts.
I did about 300 transactions, and was NOT scammed.
Most of the transactions were in the $20-$50 range, but I did some that were in the $200-$400 range.
I realize that real estate transactions are much bigger numbers involving $$$.
I used the [LINK REMOVED] ratings as a guide in my transactions.
At [LINK REMOVED] I have 266 transactions, with 265 being positive, one neutral. That one neutral should be a positive, the poster made a mistake.

Here is a link to my ratings at [LINKS REMOVED]

I'm a member at: [LINK REMOVED]
At that site, they have a: For sale/trade/want to purchase forum. (PC parts and related items)

In that forum, they have a section for scammers. They are identified by their "handle" and full name, address, and how they scammed someone.

That site, and many others, use this:
[LINK REMOVED]
At this site you rate people and the trade with a positive, neutral, or negative.

Hi Jay,
I live in Wallingford, Ct

I'm involved in a rehab (my first) in Durham, Ct. The house should be ready by the middle of the month.

I'll be at the Ct. REIA meeting, July 12, 2010.
