Simran- I'm a broker in Rocklin area. The way market is I'm not going to sugar coat, it's very hard to find a good properties for buyers. I have a hard time finding good properties to my own buyers because there is low inventory and a bid war going on in Roseville/Rocklin area even in other areas. Homes are selling way over listing price. Rental market is HOT as well and people have hard time finding rentals. Wish I can find off market properties. Let me know if you need help in Rocklin or Roseville areas. I live in Rocklin since 1996 so I know in and out of the Rocklin area.

All the best!!!

It's hard to find under market value. I'm in Rocklin are and all the offers are going above listing price. I have couple buyers and hard timing finding homes for them. My investors are still holding their rental properties. I hope there is a way to find off market properties.

I can help anyone in Roseville/Rocklin/Lincoln area. I live in Rocklin and there are not that many renters compared got owner occupied I would say 5% and rental is very hot in my area. It goes for rent fast. In Rocklin 3bed/2bath 1200 sq ft goes for rent around $1800.

Hi Anurag,

I would suggest if you do the backyard landscaping. It will be better for you and your tenant. You can pour the concrete around the house and do the lawn, it also depends on how big the backyard is.

All the best!!!

Just passed broker exam and I have been doing real estate for the past 14 years. Helped buyers, sellers, investors and banks for REOs. I think it's time for me start my own RE brokerage. Where to start? I'm thinking it will be sole so will LLC be better? What are the thoughts? Can I work from home or do I need an office?

I wouldn't buy in this market. I will wait. You should rent and watch the market.
