Hello,

New construction SFH generally do not have backyard-landscaping done.

> Please share if you, as a Remote-Buyer, have any positive experience with a landscape/concrete work done in Roseville for a new construction property.

> Should landscaping work be started from the day of property purchase OR, is it better to wait for more time.

New home would be an investment rental property.

Thank you for your assistance.
