HI Dallas, Welcome to the BP nation!

I was raised in Yuma and still have family there, I am now living in Phoenix and have been practicing Real Estate for going on two years. One of my Real Estate Goals is to actively start buying and selling in Yuma by December of this year. I honestly believe that Yuma's Market is going to "Blow Up" within the next 2-5 years.

Best of Wishes to your success!

Hello Eric W. ! I lost myself for days going through all the Forums. There is so much great information all over, I was in a Virtual Candy store of knowledge and experiences.

Thank you Everyone. It has been an amazing year and I am striving to make this year that much better. I believe that the Bigger Pockets Community will help me achieve that. I only hope I can do the same for you.

Stay Successful!

Thanks Brandon Turner and it has been an Enlightening Journey to say the least. I can inbox you some info on the complex if you would like.

Thank you Marco Santarelli The quote was a real eye opener for me. To become Successful, you have to make Success a Habit. 100% effort, 100% of the time.

I like the AZREIA events. Alan Langston is an Incredible Gentleman. He runs all the AZREIA events.

Arizona Young Entrepreneurs Society (AZYES) is also a great place to gain some knowledge.

HI Everyone!

My name is Ryan Becerra and I have been doing Real Estate for a little over a year now. I began wholesaling with my Fiancé at the very beginning of 2012. To be honest, looking back now, we had no idea what we were doing. I mean we read all the books and we thought we were ready until we actually got out there and nothing worked.

Two months into our Real Estate Lives we came across a Real Estate Investor who loved our energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. So he took us under his wing and it has been an Amazing Ride ever since. I have done 6 deals on my own since then and continually work with our Mentor on countless others. We are currently moving a 100+ unit complex (but that's for another post). Because of Real Estate I have experienced so much, in the past year alone, that I never thought was possible for a small town kid. For anyone who doubts that Real Estate works needs to cheer up and keep going, because the deal that changes your life could be just around the corner.

I am always looking to build new relationships and I think Bigger Pockets is a great community to look for new ones. There are so many Awesome people on here and so much great info, I was on BP for hours at time the first few days. Now I get on for a minimum of an hour a day. It has become Habitual!!!

Wishing everyone the Best of Successes,

Ryan

P.S.
Just had to include my favorite quote!

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit" Aristotle

Welcome to BP Joseph! This is an Amazing site with tons of information and some very Awesome people.

Have you gone to any of the Networking events here in Phoenix?

Let me know if you ever need anything, I will be more than happy to help.

Best of wishes!

Thanks Page Huyette.

As they say "You are the company you keep" Now i don't agree with that 100% but I do think that it is important you have Like-Minded individuals that motivate and inspire you around. If you are constantly looking to build relationships that benefit not only you but them as well, How could you go wrong? If everyone makes money and benefits from the value that you are delivering why wouldn't they want to stay colleagues or even Friends?

Thanks Matt Devincenzo, And I won't be mad if Bill Gulley uses it. Don't tell anybody but I got that from someone else as well ;) All I did was understand the importance of it as soon as i heard it. Human Equity can be the reason a deal stays together or falls apart. And honestly wouldn't it be better if everyone was trying to build some Human Equity? Things would be so much easier. I think anyway.

Thanks Everyone & Stay Successful!

Hi Al,

We do about 2-3 thousand mailers a month. We send two pieces of mailers, Yellow Letters & Post Cards. There are different numbers and different names on them and honestly the responses depend on the People that receive them and there urgency.

Just to be safe though we have two lists , one gets a yellow letter & one gets a postcard, and we switch them up every month. The cards and the Letter stay the same but they receive them Bi-monthly.

It keeps the phone ringing either way. But if I had to pick one that gets the most calls, It has to be the Yellow letter. Not by much but it does get about 10-15 more calls.

Hope this helps and Best wishes on your mail campaign.

Ryan
