Hello all, my name is Joe Lounds from Phoenix, AZ. I am 28 and looking to get into REI. I have always been interested, but I have never taken the plunge. I work full time at JPMorgan Chase, but my hours give me the flexibility to do other things.

I do not have any experience in Real Estate aside from purchasing my own home, but I am very anxious and excited to keep learning more and jump into investing. I know this is a great place to start. Initially, I was looking at wholesaling or options to start with first to get myself into the business. However, my ultimate goal is to flip, so I am thinking just go for it and start there.

Anyway, I am glad I found BP. There appears to be a lot of great people on here helping each other out. And on that note, If there is anyone who is seasoned in the business in or near the Phoenix area that wouldn't mind being a mentor of some sorts, please let me know. I will also help you in anyway that I can like some free work in exchange for your time and knowledge.

Also if there are any new investors in my area like myself that want to compare notes and ideas on getting started and jumping in let me know too.

Thanks everyone.
