@Danh Luong . Welcome to BP and Happy New Year! You've been given some references to BP guides and podcasts so they are a good place to start. I'd also recommend networking with local investors. There are definitely some REIA clubs in Atlanta so I would check them out (not sure about out your way).

@Chris Swanson . I'm also in the Atlanta area so welcome to the site and RE investing. If you have time over the holiday period then try to read the beginner guides on this site:

Also check out the BP podcasts. Lastly, look to join a local REIA club where you can network with other investors in Atlanta. I belong to Georgia REIA but there's some others in town.

Good luck and happy investing in 2014.

Welcome @Ian S.

I'm in Gwinnett so it's good to come across other investors who work in this area. Do you only wholesale? I'm always interested in hearing what type of investing is working for other investors.

Welcome @Bryce. I'm also in the Atlanta area. I belong to the Georgia REIA so I haven't been to the Atlanta one but the main thing is to get out there and network with other investors. I've learnt so much by doing this and I've also found a business partner for a future rehab project.

Good luck with your future investing. I'm married but my husband is too busy with work and travelling to get involved in a big way. He provides the steady income and funds!

Welcome @Stephen Richardson . I'm also in the Atlanta area. I suggest joining one of the local REIAs so you can start networking with local investors. I belong to the Georgia REIA but there's also an Atlanta one.
