thanks a lot @Steve G. after reading up on this I have figured out why investors don't like it. It's because I would be bringing deals from the MLS, which is already common knowledge to all. The real deals are the ones that I find off market.

hello, all I wanted to know how do I find contact info on an absentee owner? I went to my county's property tax website but it doesn't have contact info of the owner. The address listed is that of the home in question so I know no one is staying there.

Hello, I'm currently wholesaling in Mobile, AL and surrounding areas and I'm looking for cash investors who are looking to buy in these areas. This is a great place to buy very cheap and make huge profits with a very basic rehab. I'm talking, you can buy a 3/2 in bad shape for as little as 10k. If there are any investors interested in buying in any of these areas please let me know thanks.

yea I haven't gotten my first deal under my belt yet but I think driving for dollars is my best bet until it's time to put out my bandit signs. There are a lot of vacant boarded up properties around my way so I'm just gonna go with that for the time being

@Randy White thanks a lot. I actually haven't done mailers either I'm still a newbie, however just putting myself in other people shoes I just throw "junk mail" in the trash. I just starting out with next to nothing so I can't afford to waste money.
