Absentee owners

hello, all I wanted to know how do I find contact info on an absentee owner? I went to my county's property tax website but it doesn't have contact info of the owner. The address listed is that of the home in question so I know no one is staying there.

Hi Quinterrius. Check the search function as this has been discussed in the past. That being said, you may be able to get that information by going to the courthouse since it's not online. Another way, is to possibly speak to neighbors. If there is a tenant, I'm not sure I would bother them though.

Also, I'm not sure many people know this but listsource.com has an Absentee Owner setting that allows you to search by city, state AND street. If you use this setting you can purchase a list with the information that you need for that address. As a matter of fact, if the list is small enough, you can view the sample report (for free) which may contain the information you need as well.
