Hello, I'm currently wholesaling in Mobile, AL and surrounding areas and I'm looking for cash investors who are looking to buy in these areas. This is a great place to buy very cheap and make huge profits with a very basic rehab. I'm talking, you can buy a 3/2 in bad shape for as little as 10k.
