Hey y'all, super excited about attending the soon approaching conference! I am born and raised in West Michigan and invest there with my partner, I moved to wisconsin near madison in 2012 and know that area quite well but haven't pulled the trigger on investments there yet as the numbers are so much better in West Michigan right now, definitely interested though. Any one from these areas or interested in these areas want to meet up at the conference feel free to reach out, I'd love to connect!

Everything i have been reading is now suggesting the feds will actually drop rates when they meet at the end of july, with that said how is everyone feeling about this? What affect do you expect this to have? Is it time to dive in deeper while theses rates are so historically low?

@Charles Gray Welcome to RE! Educate, Educate , Educate lol! Soak up as much as you can about the field you are choosing to learn and only focus on that one thing, also find some people that actually wholesale either around you or on BP and pick their brain and if you get lucky someone to partner with to show you the ropes. You MUST be fully committed to something to truly be successful with anything in life! Hope you great success and God bless!

I was told by my lender that huntington is the national leader in investment properties helocs and one of the few bigger banks that will. I am working with a huntington in michigan currently that will do a 75% ltv  heloc on one of my rentals and no appraisal or origination fees.

I am interested in this topic as well, and am wondering about what the liabilities are for having a mortgage in your personal name but having a llc? doesnt this defeat the purpose of a llc and personal liability? Thanks
