Hey all, wondering who is planning on attending the BP conference in New Orleans? I attended the 2019 and thought it was good but left me feeling lacking, anyone else? Any ideas to improve? I am on the fence at this point

I am wondering if I am the only one that struggles with buildium software. I am not a super detailed person in general so I know that is part of my struggle but it seems like you have to take a course to operate some of the bigger known management software while the smaller ones are too simplistic. Anyone else struggles or any suggestions to help simplify software for smaller investors?

Hey y'all, super excited about attending the soon approaching conference! I am born and raised in West Michigan and invest there with my partner, I moved to wisconsin near madison in 2012 and know that area quite well but haven't pulled the trigger on investments there yet as the numbers are so much better in West Michigan right now, definitely interested though.
