Looking to network with other investors in the area? Looking to get started in real estate? Don’t want to be sold something? Come connect with everyday investors looking to build financial freedom. Come share ideas and listen to different strategies with like-minded people looking to grow. We will be meeting this week at the Stage Coach 6396 County Line Rd, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538. This week we will have Cassie Everhart from Wisconsin River Bank presenting different loan products just for investors and answering common questions about funding and finances.
Feel free to reach out to Phill @ 6085663237 for any more questions.

I just picked up my tickets for the 2020 BP Conference! Super excited about the opportunity to learn and grow and also connect. Any peeps from the midwest or interested in the midwest going that would like to connect? I would love to start setting something up before the conference sneaks up on us.

We will be meeting this week at the Stage Coach 6396 County Line Rd, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538 but they are not involved just allowing us to use their meeting area. This week we will be discussing the state of the market and projected direction along with strategies to benefit from them.

I personally started with a llc and looking back would have probably been fine with out it. I use a umbrella insurance policy to protect my assets. If someone really wanted to they could get through an llc.

Getting a llc doesn't give most people the protection they think that they will receive from it. Lending also takes far more effort and higher rates with a llc. In my own opinion starting out with properties in your personal name makes the process alot easier, but there is no one way to do things for sure! Hope you all the best!

Hey @Mindy Jensen, well there were a couple things. One was bacon, lol, the fruit breakfast really threw me off (teasing). Personally for myself I was hoping for more meat and potatoes re sessions, I felt like most of the information was surface level and geared more towards new investors. The session rooms were tight and scheduled kind of tight which made it feel like a race and didn’t leave much time to linger and chat. I personally am more of a introvert so the networking was tougher. This was my first re conference so I do know that part of my problem was my own lack of knowledge and lack of networking skills.
