I just signed up to BP after being in the real estate business for more then 15 years now at 33 years old.  I worked a couple of years for a local developer where I was able to see many forms of real estate deals from single family subdivisions, retail strip malls to 300 plus unit apartment complexes.  I decided to go out on my own and use custom home building to fund my dream of large scale multi family.   I was a custom home builder until this past summer when I decided to concentrate 100% on multi family development.  I am now just about finished with my first solo owned and developed project at 55 units.  I'm looking to scale on what I have been doing with development syndication.  I'm looking forward to growing my network here.
