Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Muskegon.

We are in the intial stage of forming a real estate LLC and preparing for investing.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was listening to a podcast and the persons on the podcast discussed real estate investing. I wanted to diversify outside of the stock market; real estate investing sounds like a great method.
