Hello,

My neighbor has some large trees and the backyard in my rental is fully sealed with concrete. Since I don't live there lot of leaves have stockpiled over the summer and even though my tenant does not use the backyard he brought this to my attention.

With winter around the corner so I need to worry about those piled up leaves before it starts snowing? Appreciate your inputs.

Thanks

@Sergey A. Petrov

I already cleaned up the front yard. Lot of waste plants emerging from the perimeter of the neighbors front yard, I ended up cleaning those as well even though it's not my responsibility and its lot of work and I am beginning to feel the irate neighbor is my new

Landlord.

@Theresa Harris

There is a Vine that has crawled from the neighbors backyard from the side of building into the backyard. The inspector pointed that needs to removed. I realized it's from the neighbors backyard after the inspector left.

@Nathan G.

I am not ignoring my responsibility and top of the cleanup I am supposed to do in my front yard. My backyard is finished with concrete,

with no possibility of any plant growth

how am I responsible if the neighbors creepers creep into my backyard? and I keep getting warnings for that.

Hello,

I have a neighbor and it looks like they don't have anything worthwhile to do in their life and she keeps complaining directly to the muncipal authories about any petty weeds or shrubs that grow on front of my lawn. Over the last five years the muncipality has not been stringent with these petty issues.

I received warnings and fines from court this year too many too soon this year. I am on top of cleaning up all shrubs ,grass,weed overgrowth but my other neighbors are not and their overgrowth overflows into mine because the neighboring homes are less than 3ft away

and I don't have the capacity to clean up their mess and the lady as well as the muncipality convenienyly keep targetting my property for my neighbors mess and to be honest it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but unfortunately I am facing the brunt because of that miserable neighbor who instead of dealing with her own crisis is trying hard to be punitive on her neighbors, how should I best

address this issue? Appreciate your inputs

Thanks

Hello,

In my rental there is a sunroof/skylights in

couple of places (kitchen and bathroom)

We never had a hail storm before but the thought about it freaks me out, should I just

close those skylights and convert it into a regular roof. I was actually considering implanting a Tesla roof on top of existing roof

Appreciate your inputs.

Thanks

@Victoria Collins

Nice caveat to know beforehand. If I sell within next three months does this addendum still impact?

@Patricia Steiner

Thanks, the reason I asked this question is because,very long back I benefitted when someone transferred their lease in my name where I was able to negotiate much better leasing terms especially in terms of price and in the end it turned out to be a win win situation for everyone as the original tenant had to quit due to a job change out of state and back then the owner was also cool with the transfer of lease and even now every now and then i do come across as posted by property management companies so I just wanted to check if there are any other dedicated channels.
