Neighbors tree leaves in the backyard
Hello,
My neighbor has some large trees and the backyard in my rental is fully sealed with concrete. Since I don't live there lot of leaves have stockpiled over the summer and even though my tenant does not use the backyard he brought this to my attention.
With winter around the corner so I need to worry about those piled up leaves before it starts snowing? Appreciate your inputs.
Thanks

I would pay someone to have the leaves removed on your dime if not covered in the lease. In my case, its in our lease and should be taken care of by the tenant. Good luck!
