Hello,

I need to move out of state only temporarily less than a year are there any channnels/ places where I can specifically identify tenants who would like to transfer their lease. Sorry if I post this question in the wrong channel.

Thanks

"Transfer their lease..."  It doesn't work that way with real estate.  Lease Contracts have terms and conditions about occupancy (who can live there) and most do not allow the property to be subleased to another - and definitely not without the landlord's prior approval plus approval of the tenant.  What your proposing isn't customary and it sure is a lot more work than finding a property with a term less than one year.

Bottom line: transfer of leases works for cars - but landlords control how and who live in their properties.
