@Patrice Padgett hello just email that county tax department and tell them you need a list of tax delinquent for the last two years. It’s public info, if they give you a hard time throw in the word FOIA and they will be on it ASAP.

If it’s a regular wholesale deal I use Alamo title (they are nationwide) if it’s a subject to or any other special ones you will need to find an attorney here which I found some recommendations on fb but never used myself.
