Ok I know this post is 12 years old 😂 but I didn’t see any responses on actual good reliable vetted (or someone who had experience with them) hard money lenders.

I love both for the wealth of information they give for the properties. I made deals on both however Reipro is hands down the most user friendly. They both have their cons and pros for example although propstream is not user friendly it has a campaign where I can do rvm( ringless voicemail)

I really wanted to give them a chance but it’s been NOTHING but issues after issues and guess what I’m only in a trial period?!! This has sooo much potential if it could work! I will check out the other companies suggested.

@Christian Wathne that sounds awesome! How would structure this deal let’s say for a buy/hold for a multifamily? I’m thinking maybe the same concept and getting paid once refi and cash out but I’m not too keen on keeping a property on financed... your thoughts?
