Fix and Flip new Lender (Nationwide )

I am very excited to be a part of this networking community !
A little about me , I have been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years , mostly on the residential side and the last several years the hard money side, fix and flip, landlord and commercial loans. As most of you know , in this business you either love it or hate it , and I have such a passion for it . When starting this new company I had to find a way to set myself apart from every one else who was offering the same programs as I do. What I thinks sets me apart is my desire to please people , to go thru the whole process with the client . I am hands on, I am accessible day and night, weekends, etc .I do not give up when an underwriter says NO , I love a challenge, nothing more fulfilling than to be able to get 1 YES when you have gotten 10 NOs .I look forward to using this community to build relationships and referrals. I look forward to a long lasting relationship !
