Oh yes most definitely . That’s one of the main thing I always strive for because keeping a good lasting relationship with my buyers is worth more to me than a quick commission fee for a bad deal. I just had to turn down a deal yesterday because realistically it would make no sense to cash buyer :-(

Cash buyers I would like to know from you guys what are your ultimate deal breakers? I was told most investors do not like to invest in houses that are closed to main road which I can fully understand. What else would you say is a deal breaker for you?

@Tom R. Very strange . If paint is not mixed with other paint they should have no problem refunding your money. Have you asked for a manager? I would escalate to the manager and what they can do is mix your color with another color to get you the color that you need. If still no success definitely escalate to corporate to inform them about how their store operates. Good luck !

I know this post is very old but I’m a wholesale newbie and was looking for the same info. I called attorney above and he stated that he no longer does them. When asked if he knows of any other attorneys who does them and he rudely no and that most of the ones he knows does not want to get involved with these 😢
