Fix and flippers please share how you got started. Im currently a wholesaler and thinking big. My next step is flipping and investing in multi million dollar properties. Please share the below 1. Did you just dive into fix and Flip? 2. Funding 3. Repairs how did that all go? 4. How long until it was market ready(whether rent / sell ) 5. Last but not least how did you feel when everything was said and done and you sold your first flip?

@Tom S. Thank you yes that’s what I was going to do I’m just trying to figure out now how I will sell to my buyer right after closing if there is a clause stating I need to keep property and cannot resal for x amount of days.
