hello Brittney I know this post is 4 years old but my husband and I just started as well in Connecticut and was wondering how did your experience go , are you still wholesaling? what was the best way to find friendly title company?

This post has been very interested. I’m a newbie wholesaling and Just started sending out yellow letters for my tax delinquent lists but it seems that direct phone call is the best way so far? What are your results Ushi it’s now 2018, I’m curious ... also I have few properties that I went to see and willing to make an offer but I’m afraid because my cash buyers list is kind of non existent right now. Im in Connecticut and it doesn’t seem that the Rei is very active. What worked the best for you starting out finding cash buyers?? I downloaded meetup but they don’t have an email blast or text message blast like they had years ago😢 which would be so convenient to send to all my cash buyer once I have a signed contract from seller
