Those of us that live close to the area will be fighting over this....LOL  I agree with everyone.  The back porch slab looks like it was extended later after the house was built and has nothing to do with the foundation.   Have you seen the inside?   I would be happy to go look with you; and promise not to be your competition

Hi Chris

Yes most of us investors are going to low ball.  You do have several options.   You could do owner financing for a house flipper that would normally borrow money to do the flip.   I would also suggest going to local investment clubs and advertise your property.  Would be glad to help.

I know this; the hedge funds are flying people to the Fort Worth/Dallas Market putting them on bus tours and selling shares starting at $50,000.   Our Market is not slowing down

I so agree with Chris.  It is funny how people still think of Texas being an oil boom state. In reality we are more of a service provider.    It is a presidential year!!!!!!   I have been doing retail real estate for almost 17 years; and it seems like we always go through a short bubble presidential year.   Newbies are always afraid.  Just be careful and go with your gut.   You have to take ACTION or you will never do it.   Let me know if I can help

Jason

I suggest when you are in Fort Worth/Tarrant County; you refer to the area as

Fort Worth/Dallas.   This lets people know out of state that the two cities are not that far apart.  One problem I have found with whole sellers in large company; ya'll do not add the holding costs fees, realtor fee, and certainly dumpster fees besides the repair cost when it comes to doing a flip.  I would love to find a whole seller to work with.
