New Member from Dallas-Fort Worth

Hello everyone! I'm extremely excited to be apart of the BP community. What an amazing platform and I look forward to connecting, learning, and sharing often! I currently live in Keller between Dallas and Fort Worth. I own one single family rental property but would like to get more involved and knowledgable on REI. I plan to continue with buy and holds with a focus on cash flow while I build knowledge in the industry and area. I really enjoy learning and connecting with people and BP seems like the perfect place for both. Interested to hear if there are any local REI groups.
