I would tell both of you that the first thing you need to do is TELL, LET EVERYONE KNOW what you are doing.  Start with your family, friends and CO_WORKERS.   If you have a job; you have an advantage.   But YOU need to LET people KNOW what YOU are DOING!!!  Don't just depend on postcards and letters; this is something the GURUS do not tell you.

Yes I do. This coming Saturday at Tim Cook's held at Buffalo Wild West; Martin Garcia will be talking about the new lender closing. How it can affect your business. Also Martin Garcia is a lawyer who closes your deals personally. He draws up my owner financing notes, joint venture agreements, and my series of LLC

Monday Night; Dennis Hennis is doing a money mixer at the Crowne Plaza off 360.   Private money LENDERs!!!!  Yes I will be there starting at 6:30

First Monday at Crown Plaza in Arlington: FREE

Joe Boston's group meet I think 2nd Saturday;  I know they have a new meet site

Martin Garcia with Texas Secure Title. He structures my JV Partnership contracts and owner financing as well. HE will also draw up LLC Series. They have an office in Colleyville off Glade, one in Fort Woth off Hulen, one in Frisco
